Digital Products and Services:
We do not issue refunds for digital products and services once the order is confirmed and the product or service is delivered. This includes but is not limited to subscriptions, licenses, and downloadable software.

1. Q: What steps should I take to export my data before ending my contract with Togthr?
- A: It is advisable for customers to export their data prior to the termination date. Data will be provided in Microsoft Excel (.XLS) or Comma Separated Values (.CSV) formats, including patient records and claim details.
2. Q: What happens to my data once my contract with Togthr is terminated?
- A: After contract termination, Togthr retains your data for an additional 60 days. This retention period allows customers to retrieve any necessary information.
3. Q: How can I request additional data during the 60-day retention period after termination?
- A: For any additional data requests during the retention period, please reach out to Togthr support via email at care@togthrworks.com.
4. Q: Will Togthr ensure my data remains secure and confidential during the retention period following contract termination?
- A: Yes, Togthr will continue to uphold the privacy, security, and integrity of your data as per HIPAA standards during the 60-day data retention period.
5. Q: What data formats are available for export from Togthr's system?
- A: You can export your data in Microsoft Excel (.XLS) or Comma Separated Values (.CSV) formats, which include patient demographics, insurance information, encounter details, and claim records.
6. Q: Does Togthr keep a copy of my data for legal compliance after the retention period?
- A: Post the 60-day retention period, Togthr will securely delete all customer data containing PHI, adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Compliance with local, state, and federal records retention laws remains the customer's responsibility.
7. Q: What is considered an “Abandoned Account” at Togthr?
- A: An account is deemed abandoned if there has been non-payment for the current or previous month and no login activity for 30 consecutive days. After 31 days, the account is officially terminated.
8. Q: What happens to my data if my account is classified as “Abandoned”?
- A: Data from an abandoned account is retained for an additional 60 days post-termination, after which it is securely deleted following HIPAA standards.
